What are your delivery times?

Our products are delivered by Mondial Relay with delivery times of 24 to 72 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Additional delays may apply, particularly for Mondial Relay Home Delivery.

Is payment secure?

Our store offers secure payment solutions such as: Paypal, CB, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. All transactions are encrypted.

How do shipping costs work?

As the store is new and still developing, we need to optimize our shipping costs as much as possible. That's why we have opted for shipping costs calculated by weight.

Where do the products available in the store come from?

Aside from the artisanal collection, all merchandise, figurines, replicas, and books come from European distributors under license agreements.

The main brands you can regularly find on the site are: Weta Workshop, The Noble Collection, Funko.

Where are the products manufactured?

We are resellers, not manufacturers, but we must be transparent about the origin of the products. As you might expect, the majority of merchandise is never manufactured in France, or even in Europe. However, the brands we work with (Weta, Funko, Noble Collection, Grupo Erik, etc.) indicate manufacturing in Germany, Hungary, China, the United States, and Japan for the most part.

This does not detract from the quality or ethical aspect behind the manufacturing process. These are recognized brands and officially licensed products, authorized by the Tolkien Estate, Middle-Earth enterprises, and under the protection of various European laws.

We try to counterbalance these origins by also offering 100% French-made craft items (see the Crafts category)

Why choose a dark theme for the store?

Simply because The Lord of the Rings is a rich and complex universe, with predominantly dark themes. And it also helps to make the store stand out a bit ⚔️
