The remarkable work of Morgulle Museum

Morgulle Museum, or his real name Axel, is an artist passionate about many pop culture universes, and fascinated by the creative process that surrounds them.

Around 2008, he decided to contact several studios with the aim of discovering how they worked, and then, ultimately, to support and advise them so that they could produce better products.

But facing many refusals, he found an alternative to spread his passion:  Buy the studios' products, criticize them fairly and objectively, then, in a second step, correct, customize the object to make it as it should have been done. This of course with a detailed procedure, so that everyone can reproduce it.

For him, seeing objects, replicas or statues from a film that hardly resemble what is on the screen is total nonsense in addition to being an affront to the people who made the feature film. Seeing objects and characters increasingly distorted by production studios is a loss for cultural and collective heritage.

It was at this time that he opened his collection to the public for free, the Morgulle Museum. He was then able to explain his approach directly to curious people in order to change consumer mentalities through concrete examples.

So he worked hard for years to try to make things happen. On weekends he would open his free museum, and the rest of the time he would work on improving and modifying many objects. 

Until one day he decided to open a page Facebook , not only to reach more people, but also to share the different artists he had been able to meet so far during his interventions.

Today, he continues on his momentum, and he is even very active on his YouTube channel: Morgulle Museum

He offers several types of content such as: Detailed and contextualized reviews of collector statues and movie replicas, comparisons between official pieces and artist pieces, as well as simple explanatory videos on subjects that fascinate him.

The best thing about his channel? He co-hosts his videos with his daughter, which allows him to have frank and spontaneous opinions, but also to share great father-daughter moments (the most important).
